Our practice manager, Jackie Connor, is responsible for the overall smooth running and back-room organisation of the practice. She will be happy to hear your comments – both good and bad – so feel free to ring or ask to see her in person at any time. Her remit is to provide an efficient and friendly service of the highest possible standard. We recognise, however, that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like. We welcome suggestions and there is a suggestion box available for your comments in reception. Should you have any reason to complain, please make this in writing to Jackie, who is the complaints officer. The practice has an approved in-house complaints procedure.
